Kuala Lumpur, 10th February – Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), through the UTM-Low Carbon Asia Research Centre (UTM-LCARC) that is based in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning (JPBW), Faculty of Built Environment, and the Institut Sultan Iskandar (ISI) organise an exhibition and a side event at the 9th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF9) at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre on 7-13 February 2018. Organised every two years by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat), the WUF is the largest United Nations conference on urban development and cities. Held for the second time in an Asian city, the forum features over 500 events, including assemblies, high-level roundtable talks, dialogues, side events and exhibitions.
