UTM Summer School-Built Environment Experiences 2017

JOHOR BAHRU, 18 Oktober 2017 – Seramai 39 orang peserta yang terdiri peserta program Perancangan Bandar dan Wilayah dari Fakulti Alam Bina UTM (15 pelajar dan 1 pensyarah pengiring), Perencanaan Wilayah dan Kota (15 pelajar dan 2 pensyarah pengiring) dan Teknik Industri (5 pelajar dan 1 pensyarah pengiring) masing-masing dari Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta, Indoensia (UNS) telah terlibat dalam program UTM Summer School-Built Environment Experiences 2017. Program UTM Summer School anjuran Fakulti Alam Bina UTM (FAB UTM) melalui Jabatan Perancangan Bandar dan Wilayah (JPBW) dengan kerjasama Centre for Innovative Planning and Development (CiPD) ini telah disertai oleh 23 orang peserta dari Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta, Indoensia (UNS) buat kali pertamanya dengan temanya “Accelerating Green Development in Asia”.

36 Thailand Architectural Lecturers and Students joined UTM hosted International Architecture Collaboration Workshop 2014

JOHOR BAHRU, 27 October 2014 – The International Architecture Collaboration Workshop 2014 was organized through the collaboration between the Faculty of Built Environment of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Faculty of Architecture Rangsit University and Rajamangala University of Technology Thayaburi (RUTT), Thailand. The workshop was held at the Seminar Room, Centre for the Study of Built Environment in the Malay World (KALAM), Faculty of Built Environment, Johor Bahru campus. DURP’s Students Sharing Session

The 1st monthly seminar for the 2ndsemester 2016/2017 of DURP was held on the 23rd of February 2017 (Thursday) at Seminar Room B03, Faculty of Built Environment (FAB).The seminar was accomplished in two (2) parts. The 1st half featured, Miss Nadzirah Hosen, a Post Graduate Student who attended the IUCN World Conservation Congress (WCC) in Honolulu, Hawaii from 1-10 September 2016. Nadzirah’s attendance at the Congress was funded by IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature)’s WCPA (The World Commission on Protected Areas) Young Professionals Fund. The Congress provided her the opportunity to meet, interact and share knowledge and ideas with current and future champions in world conservation.
